About count.click and how the calculators work

count.click is a free, independent tool for people using multi-dose GLP-1 pens. It is made by Anders, a developer in Sweden, and is not affiliated with Eli Lilly or Novo Nordisk.

Where the numbers come from

Pen contents, dose volumes and the number of doses per pen come from the official product information published by the European Medicines Agency:

Clicks per full dose come from counts on real pens, cross-checked against published click charts and each pen's dose volume: 60 clicks on every Mounjaro KwikPen, 72 clicks on the 3 mL FlexTouch pens and 32 clicks on the 1.5 mL FlexTouch pens.

A pen is only listed once its click count is known. The 8-dose Ozempic pens are not listed yet for that reason.

How the calculation works

One click is the pen's full dose divided by its clicks per full dose. Your dose is divided by that amount and rounded to the nearest whole click. A dose larger than one full dial is split into several injections. Doses per pen are the clicks in the pen divided by the clicks per dose, and anything left is shown as a partial dose.

Limits

count.click gives information, not medical advice. Novo Nordisk's and Eli Lilly's instructions are to set each dose with the pen's dose counter. Only use partial doses agreed with your prescriber, and check the strength and volume on your own pen's label.
